Comic George Lopez stars as a fictionalized version of himself in this semi-autobiographical sitcom. Lopez portrays America's most successful Hispanic-American comedian who struggles between his two worlds — his Latino, working-class roots, and the world of affluent celebrities.
As the Senior Art Director at TV Land, I assumed a crucial role in orchestrating the design, production, and implementation of extensive On-Air, Out of Home, and Social campaigns for the premiere of "Lopez." My duties encompassed the creation of the show's logo, which not only established a distinctive On-Air brand but also elevated the representation of Mexican-American culture.
Managing talent shoots in diverse locations and a Los Angeles studio, I provided direction to both the talent and the crew to successfully actualize the creative concepts. Furthermore, I supervised the post-production phase, ensuring the finalization of all artworks, press kits, and TV promos.
